Planning

During the planning phase the course is set for a successful project-execution. Time schedule and progress of the work zone are determined and coordinated among all members of the project-team. Necessary special parts will be calculated.
For complex projects this certainly includes advice on-site.

Transport

The space-saving packing of the pre-mounted elements of 12 m length allows high transport quantities (up to 200 m per truck) and cost saving logistics.

Installation

Maximum road safety is associated with a minimum disruption to traffic flow during the installation time. This is assured by fast installation in limited work space. A single installation team achieves a daily assembly output of 2.500 m.

Maintenance

Typical accidents cause no or only little damages to the system.
The system can be repaired quickly and easily. During the crash tests neither fractures nor major damages could be determined. VARIO-GUARD® has no tendency to tip.

Refitting

Extensive road works usually require several redirections of the traffic during the project. Modern Guardrails are put under very high demands regarding their flexibility and refitting times. High application flexibility and fast refitting are the keys to success.
Both are combined by VARIO-GUARD® in an excellent manner.

Disassembling

VARIO-GUARD® is easy to disassemble and can be removed very quickly.

Storage

Due to the space saving packaging the storage of the elements is very economical. In an area of approximately 100 square meters nearly 1.000 m VARIO-GUARD® can be stored.
